Applying Lean to Agile - David Anderson on Kanban

In a previous post on Agile Model Evolution, I wrote about the advanced application of Lean principles to Agile methods. I had visited David Anderson, a fellow board member of the APLN at Corbis in Seattle, WA and found their work to be intriguing. Recently, David spoke at Yahoo! on how Corbis is using a Kanban System for Sustaining Engineering to deal with complex software development in a competitive environment.
